Introducing Mr Caleb Nel

I am an enthusiastic, dedicated, energetic, and caring English and History educator who is passionate about helping individuals realise their full potential. I have a deep love and fervour for creating an innovative, safe, and forward-thinking environment for real learning to take place. I am greatly interested in the English and History disciplines and gain enormous gratification from seeing students succeed in these areas.

I am also highly involved in the sports world and have a passion for coaching young individuals to greater heights. In addition, I have an enormous love for the cultural spheres with a particular interest in debating and public speaking. My goal is to be a successful educator who goes beyond the call of duty to transform my students’ lives as well as the education field itself.

In terms of the job description, I am an ideal candidate as I have the necessary English content knowledge from my time at university as well as the pedagogical knowledge from teaching at various schools in South Africa to provide a higher quality of education. Integrity, kindness, love, equality, and the pursuit of knowledge are what guide me. I look forward to working together with my students and colleagues to take education into the future.
