St Peter's College 2022 Matric Results reinforce a reputation for excellence
St Peter’s Anglican Day School underlined its well-earned reputation for excellence with a solid 100% pass rate and a 96% Bachelor’s Degree Pass in the Matric results released for the class of 2022 this week. Fulfilling its promise, 'Ahead of the Game, Behind Every Child' this learning environment continues to produce a high level of Academic achievement despite a non-selective, no entrance assessment policy, which welcomes students across all levels of academic prowess.
The College’s unfaltering focus on nurturing the overall wellbeing of their students rather than driving only their academic results, produces well-rounded, motivated individuals who are fully prepared for the challenges and opportunities of world they will be entering. At St Peter’s, no child is left behind. A team of dedicated professionals offer academic, spiritual and emotional support throughout the educational journey – an approach that has proven successful year after year.
The College’s 2022 matric results show a continuing upward trend culminating in 257 A symbols, 283 B symbols, 187C symbols and some outstanding individual achievements.

College Headmaster, Mr Rui Morais, paid tribute to Deputy Headmistress: Academics, Mrs Shelly Matthews, the HODs and Academic Staff for their daily contribution to the success of the college, recognising the unique role played by these individuals in promoting and advocating quality education. “St Peter’s College benefits every day from the dedicated energies and time devoted by the members of our academic staff. Our College is successful because of the standard of teaching and all the extra opportunities offered to the students, as well as the hard work that takes place.”
Morais also shared his admiration for the courage and resilience demonstrated by the Matric Class of 2022 and his pride in their achievements of each and every student. “I would like to congratulate the Matric class of 2022 on their outstanding Matric Results. All strove to do their best in a way that represents the true spirit of St Peter’s College. These Matric Results are a true reflection of everything that we stand for at St Peter’s College – our hard working, articulate students are a credit to the College and an inspiration to many among their peers. It is through achievements such as these that we see the skill, high expectations and commitment of our staff and students. This year’s results are a great example of what we hope for from our youth. At St Peter's, the educational journey is a holistic one and the College is celebrating not only those students who have achieved academically, but also recognising the achievements of those Matrics who have excelled in other areas.
