Think Equal is an Early Years Programme designed to nurture social and emotional wellbeing while promoting equality and global citizenship. By encouraging self-regulation, emotional literacy and peaceful conflict resolution, the programme supports children in becoming kind and thoughtful members of their communities, with a strong sense of responsibility. It inspires girls to think critically and creatively, empowering them to stand up for fairness and make a positive impact on the world.
Conscious Discipline emphasises self-regulation and connection, creating a safe and supportive environment for both girls and teachers. Relationships are seen as a key driver of positive behaviour and learning. The programme promotes a shift away from punitive measures and towards addressing the underlying needs that contribute to difficult behaviours. Through interactive activities and role-play, girls learn to navigate their emotions, express themselves and build strong relationships.
